Welcome! I am Mrs. Lauren Follman, your K-12 school counselor. I am here to support students through individual counseling, small-group counseling, and classroom guidance lessons. • Individual Counseling: Personalized support for students dealing with personal, academic, or social issues.

• Small-Group Counseling: Group sessions for students to discuss and work through common concerns with peers.

• Classroom Guidance Lessons: In-class sessions focused on social-emotional learning, academic skills, and career planning.

• Kindergarten - 2nd Grade:

  • Focus on building social skills, emotional awareness, and foundational academic habits.

• 3rd Grade - 5th Grade:

  • Emphasis on developing self-regulation skills, study habits, and early career exploration.

• 6th Grade - 8th Grade:

  • Guidance on managing academic transitions, peer relationships, and exploring future academic and career interests.

• 9th Grade - 12th Grade:

  • Support for academic planning, college and career readiness, and navigating personal and social challenges.
